For large receptions, the Aspen Ballroom is our premier space, accommodating up to 250 guests for a standing reception or 200 seated at rounds across 3,496 square feet. It can also be combined with the adjacent Apres Foyer for additional pre-function and mingling space, making it ideal for events in the 150–300 guest range.
Limelight Denver offers two outdoor terraces. The Nordic Terrace overlooks Union Station and the downtown skyline and holds up to 100 guests for a reception, well suited to ceremonies and cocktail hours. The Aspen Terrace is a more intimate open-air option for up to 45 guests. Outdoor spaces are weather dependent.
The Apres Foyer is our largest pre-function space, holding up to 150 guests for a reception—ideal for cocktail hours and standing receptions. The Copper Foyer and Willow Foyer offer additional flexible pre-function space that pairs well with an adjacent ballroom for a seamless flow between cocktails and the main event.
