Live Music Schedule at Limelight Denver Hotel

Join us at Limelight Denver as we bring in live local acts to entertain in the lobby on Mondays and Thursdays 5pm–8pm on select dates. Our upcoming schedule includes:

Monday, December 4 | Brennan Mackey
After fleeing a dull finance job in Chicago founding member of King Cardinal, Brennan Mackey relocated to Denver — and we’re certainly glad he did. While the Americana quintet’s music has gained them quite a bit of attention, you won’t need to know all of their songs to have a great time. King Cardinal has also devoted plenty of time to a cover series that is near and dear to them, so you’ll likely be able to sing along to a few of your own favorites — and maybe discover your new favorite local band.

Thursday, December 7 | Many Mountains
Many Mountains, a folk-rock duo from Colorado is comprised of songwriters Katie Rose Nelson and Dustin Moran. Their sound is moody, sparse and incorporates elements of rock, folk, and Americana into a unique sonic canvas. Moran weaves melodic textures on electric guitar with swooning vocal harmonies that entwine with Nelson’s striking voice and deep acoustic guitar sound.

Monday, December 11 | Racyne Parker
Originally from Southern Oregon, Denver based singer-songwriter Racyne Parker draws inspiration from country, modern folk, indie rock, and pop influences. She delivers catchy lyrics, warm vocals, and a contemporary style that fit in well on playlists next to Kacey Musgraves, Taylor Swift, Jewel, and Miranda Lambert. Her songs draw on her experiences with living in and leaving a small town, navigating uncertainty in love and life in her 20s, and finding joy in the little moments. A performer with a low-stakes, kind, and engaging stage presence, Racyne makes room for story-telling, sing-alongs of cover songs, and making friends throughout her live sets, gigs, and shows. She's grateful for any chance she gets to perform and is happy to have you along for the ride!

Thursday, December 14 | Antonio Lopez Duo
Antonio Lopez is a quiet man with something to say. His music is like an onion, each layer revealing more. His adept guitar work and composition skills are never used in a showy way but rather like the spices in a home-cooked meal. His songwriting is lyric-forward folk, with marimba swells and swooning Spanish guitar flourishes on top of a rock-solid rhythm section. The result is a feast of emotions that delight the listener.

Monday, December 18 | David Lawrence
David Lawrence has called Colorado home for over a decade. Whether performing solo or with his full band, ‘The Spoonful,’ David brings a unique blend of finger-picking Delta blues, roots-Americana, soulful vocals, and his style of Gypsy-infused jazz guitar. In recent years, David has focused more on his original sound, currently recording his second solo album featuring some of Colorado’s best musicians and set to release mid 2022. A poet at heart, David’s original sound combines evocative imagery and storytelling with infectious melodies and rich, layered guitar playing. True to his musical roots, David’s music is raw, gritty, soulful, and full of heart.

Thursday, December 21 | Zea Stallings
Front Man, for Denver based ‘Copper Children’ Zea Stallings undeniable talent as a songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist has catapulted his music to millions of listeners on Spotify and countless stages throughout CO and beyond. Don’t miss the opportunity to catch his Solo work in a more intimate way.

Thursday, Decmber 28 | Wrenn Van
Wrenn Van is a singer songwriter from Lafayette, CO. She has been playing and turning heads along the Front Range since 2018. Soulful vocals across many genres mixed with heartfelt songwriting and compelling guitar playing make her a local favorite whether playing solo, in her duo or with her band. Notable performances include Arise Music Festival, Boulder Creek Festival, The Aggie Theatre, Boulder International Film Festival and the Fort Collins Music Experiment (FoCoMX). Wrenn loves sharing her music through live performance so she can build community with fellow musicians and music lovers, young and old.
