Snowmass locals and guests alike gather for a culinary adventure to complement a guided selection of beer, craft spirit or fine wine. Join us for these fun and yum 3-course dinners with beverage pairings. Cost is $49 per person, includes tax and gratuity.

January 22 | Bear Creek Distillery
Bear Creek Distillery is an American craft distillery located in the heart of Denver, Colorado focused on producing exceptional hand crafted premium spirits. Each spirit is produced grain to bottle, in their Denver facility and distilled using their German built, state-of-the-art Kothe still. Their commitment to quality and community goes beyond the four walls of the distillery. Whenever possible, they use local ingredients and materials sourced from Colorado companies. These ingredients, coupled with a keen eye towards detail, help ensure each small batch is of the highest quality, time and time again.

February 5 | Moët & Chandon Champagne
While it is often reserved for celebrations, champagne is one of the world's great food wines. Come experience the wines from one of the most storied Champagne houses, Moët & Chandon, which recently celebrated its 270th birthday. The estate as best known as for its 18th century visionary Jean-Remy Moët who is often credited as "the man who introduced champagne to the world." It's prestige cuvée — Dom Perignon — is arguably the most recognized wine in the world.

February 19 | Palm Bay International
Palm Bay International is one of North America's largest and most prestigious importers, and here they will be featuring some of their most prized wines for our guests.

March 18 | Clase Azul Tequila
"Craft" is often an overused word in the spirits world, but in the case of Clase Azul Tequila, there simply is no other way to describe what they do. In addition to individually sculpting and hand-painting each bottle, this producer creates its tequila from 100% organic Tequilana Weber Blue agaves.
