Skiing and Snowboarding
With four mountains on one lift ticket, you really have it made. Even better, we’ll provide complimentary transportation there and back. Plus, our ski concierge will help all your other needs. Like lift tickets, rentals and advice on where to find the best powder stashes. Oh, and be sure to pencil in our First Tracks and Inside Tracks programs for exclusive jealousy-inducing opportunities on the mountain.
Snowshoeing
Weave in and out of spruce-fir forest along a babbling creek and learn about the animals that inhabit the Rocky Mountains in winter. Naturalists from the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies lead twice-daily guided tours around both Snowmass and Aspen Mountain. You’ll also find a wide range of maintained trails in and around the town.
Nordic/Cross Country Skiing
The Aspen Snowmass Nordic Trail System boasts over 90 kilometers (60 miles) of free cross-country ski and snowshoe trails within, and connecting to, the communities of Aspen, Snowmass and Basalt. Trails are varied in terrain for everyone from beginners to experts.
Aspen Powder Tours
Enjoy no lift lines, no crowds and the exhilaration of skiing some of the Rocky Mountains' finest powder in a truly spectacular setting. Two guides and a driver lead each 12-person snowcat group, selecting terrain according to daily snow conditions and the group's experience.
