Meeting Rooms
Limelight Snowmass offers indoor and outdoor event facilities for up to 100 people, a professional conference services team and extensive banquet and catering options. The Owl Creek Room offers 1,660 square feet of flexible meeting space, or our Board Room option of Brush Creek Room with 280 square feet. All meeting rooms, public spaces, and guest rooms feature high-speed wireless internet access.
Event Spaces
The hotel boasts more than 5,000 square feet of flexible, unique event space from private terraces to traditional conference space. Limelight Snowmass is located adjacent to the Base Village Conference Center which offers an additional 8,000 square feet of meeting space including a 3,600-square-foot great hall. Also located directly next to the Snowmass Collective, which offers all sorts of activities and indoor/outdoor space.
