COVID19 Coronavirus UpdateMarch 24, 2020
Dear Loyal Limelight Guests,
At the Limelight Hotels, the safety of our guests and employees is always our top priority. We share in everyone's concern about the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus being seen around the world.
Because of this, our three hotels are temporarily closed at this time.
Last week, by order of the Governor of the State of Colorado and due to careful monitoring of the ever-evolving environment around COVID-19, Aspen Snowmass closed all ski operations. Sun Valley in Idaho closed as well. These actions are being done out of an abundance of caution and with concern for the capacity of local healthcare facilities should community-spread increase.
We understand that this impacts a huge number of people; our employees, guests and the community as a whole. We are working now to address all of these issues and will work with each of these groups to minimize the impacts where we can.
We are offering refunds or credits and will work with each guest for the best desired outcome. Please contact the respective hotels at the following numbers:Limelight Hotel Snowmass

If you are a guest in this situation, please be patient as we expect a large volume of calls and we will do everything we can to get to you as quickly as possible. You do not need to reach us right away to qualify for a refund or credit.
Extreme circumstances call for extreme actions, and we have made these decisions in coordination with our local and state health agencies. Let’s work together as a community to support each other and will all come out stronger on the other side.

• If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Stay home when you are sick.
• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. Wash you hands again.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
